SA U20 Men defeated in Dunedin

The SA U20 team had a tough time at the 2017 World Championships that were held in Dunedin, New Zealand.

 

The other seven competing countries were Turkey, China, Bulgaria, Chinese Taipei, New Zealand, Iceland, Israel. Turkey went undefeated throughout the tournament despite strong efforts from China and Iceland, who took second and third place respectively.

 

Matthew Ruthven was selected as the South African MVP. Brandon Husselman was the most penalised player of the tournament, with penalties totaling 29 minutes.
